We store the shop's details, its customers' names, mobile numbers, orders, appointments and the messages they send to the shop's order numbers.

Customer details are visible only to the shop's owner and staff. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Prescription photos are stored encrypted, are visible only to the shop's members on that order, are never used for marketing, and are deleted on a fixed schedule.

Call recordings and voice notes are deleted after 30 days. Transcripts are kept with the order.

Customers receive reminders only if they agreed, and can reply STOP at any time.
