This service helps a shop receive and manage customer orders, appointments and reminders. The shop owner is responsible for every order, booking and message they confirm.

The app reads customer messages and fills in suggested details. These suggestions can be wrong. The shop must check each order before confirming it.

Pharmacies remain responsible for checking prescriptions and following the law on the sale of medicines. The app never recommends or substitutes medicines.

We may suspend a shop that breaks the Acceptable use policy. The owner can export or delete all shop data at any time from the Shop screen.
